Team Merch Without the Team Mom Doing Everything
Fall ball registration always produces one volunteer running a merch operation out of her garage. A real team store removes the job instead of reassigning it.

Every league has one. Registration opens, somebody says we should do shirts this year, and within a week a volunteer is running a small apparel company out of her garage.
It always goes the same way. A sign-up sheet for sizes that half the families ignore. An order placed on her own card, because the league treasurer needs three weeks and the printer needs payment now. Then the chasing. Venmo from one parent, cash from another, two who never pay at all. A tub of shirts in the back of the car, distributed at practice in the dark, with the wrong sizes going home to be swapped next week.
She did not sign up for that. She signed up to help with the team.
What a real store changes
A team merch store removes the job rather than handing it to the next volunteer. Families order online, in their own time, in the size they actually want. Each order is printed in-house in San Diego and shipped to the family's door. Nobody fronts money, nobody collects it, and nobody hands out shirts in a parking lot.
Westchester Del Rey Little League runs one. Their store stays up through the season, orders ship to homes, and the league does not touch inventory at any point. The league keeps 20 percent of every sale, paid every Monday.
That last part matters more than it sounds. Most league merch efforts are break-even at best once the unsold sizes are counted. A store that returns a fixed share of every sale, with no float and no leftover stock, is a fundraiser that cannot lose money.
What it costs the league
Nothing to start. We build the store, design the artwork around your logo, produce every order, ship it, and answer the families who write in. In the off-season the store hibernates instead of costing you anything, and it comes back when registration does.
We do this for leagues, clubs, schools and nonprofits across San Diego, Carmel Valley, Del Mar and Encinitas. Same store, same terms, whether you have forty families or four hundred.
If your season is about to start and the sign-up sheet is already circulating, that is the moment to move. See how league and team stores work, or look at the storefronts we run.
