A stack of printed apparel on a linen ground, a ministry trucker cap over a scripture tee, a member organization's crest, and a softball club tee

Your organization’s apparel. Free, and we run all of it.

For multi-campus churches and ministry networks, conferences and events, youth leagues and clubs, faith-based member organizations, and local businesses buying uniforms and hats. Your people order, we produce and ship, the organization gets paid. Nothing to hold, nothing to chase.

A stack of softball all-star roster crewnecks in descending sizes, printed with the full team list

Youth small to adult 3XL. Nobody fronts inventory.

Each piece is made when it is bought and shipped straight to the person who ordered it. No sizing spreadsheet, no boxes in somebody’s office, no leftovers in October.

Free. And we do everything.

Design, production, fulfillment, shipping, service. Send us your logo and tell us where the money goes. That is the whole ask, and it is the only hour this ever takes from anybody on your side.

The organization keeps 20 percent. Paid every Monday.

Automatic through Stripe, reconciled to the cent. It funds whatever your leadership decides it funds.

DTF printed. Packed and shipped.

Made to order in San Diego, checked, and sent straight to the person who bought it. Every question after that is ours.

Packed mailers and a shipping carton stacked on the bench, ready to leave the San Diego shop

Buying for the whole team or staff?

Skip the store. We take bulk orders on one invoice, so the organization buys the whole run and hands it out.

  • Jerseys, team kits, uniforms, hats, and event merch
  • 24 piece minimum
  • 50% deposit before production
  • Quoted per order

When to open one

Before the announcement, not after.

Registration, a conference, the first week of a season, a launch. Those are the moments everybody in your room opens an email from you, and a store that is already live goes in that email. Stores have gone up the same week the logo arrived, so if you have a date, tell us and we will confirm it before you commit to anything.

Plainly, and in one place.

Free

No setup cost, no monthly fee, no inventory to buy, and no minimums. There is nothing to quote and nothing to cancel.

20 / 80

The organization keeps 20 percent of every sale. Our 80 pays for production, fulfillment, and service. Shipping is paid by the customer at the carrier rate shown at checkout.

Every Monday

Automatic Stripe payouts, with nothing to invoice.

Your 20% is free and clear. Here is everything inside our 80.

Money & books

  • Payment processing on every order
  • Sales tax, collected, filed, and remitted in every state required (we are the merchant of record; it is our name on the filings, not the organization's)
  • Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes, funded and fought by us
  • Bookkeeping, monthly statements, and your Monday payout, reconciled to the cent

Making the thing

  • Print-ready graphic production from your logo and artwork
  • Blank garment purchasing. We buy the shirts, hoodies, and hats, and we carry the inventory risk
  • DTF production and finishing, run for us in San Diego
  • Quality control on every piece before it ships

Getting it there

  • Packing materials and labor
  • Tracking, lost packages, and re-ships

Keeping it running

  • Storefront design, hosting, security, and updates
  • Product listings, pricing setup, and catalog upkeep
  • Every customer email, return, exchange, and reprint, answered under your organization's name, by us

Shipping is paid by the customer at the carrier rate shown at checkout. We add no handling fee, and we do not fold shipping into the price of the garment.

Who an apparel program is for

Organizations with a gathered audience.

Three things make a program work, and a program that has all three tends to run for years. If you read these and recognise your own organization, we should talk.

People who already gather.

A congregation, a roster, a staff, a membership. The program works because there is already a room, a season or a mailing list full of people who would wear the thing. It is not a way to find an audience; it is a way to dress one you have.

A buying moment that repeats.

A season, a conference, a registration, a launch week. Something on the calendar that comes back around and gives the store a reason to be opened again rather than one good week and a long quiet.

A leader who will announce it.

A pastor, a board, a director, an owner. Somebody whose name carries in that room and who will send the link, or an organization that would rather skip the store and pay for the whole order on one invoice.

Personal brands and individual sellers are better served by a website, which we design, build, and host for anyone.

For a church

Multi-campus stores and conference presales.

One store for the church, sub-stores for each campus or team, and a presale that closes before the doors open.

For a league

Spirit wear, open before registration.

The store goes in the sign-up email, families order all season, and the league is paid every Monday.

Send the logo. We will open the store.
