Concept: Tree service, Chula Vista
A clean, practical service site in deep forest black and bright leaf green, where a dark hero sets a headline beside a photo and the rest of the page reads as calm white and pale green bands.
A design concept, not a client site. The name and every detail of the business it was drawn for have been replaced.
The design decisions
- Outfit in heavy weights carries headings for a geometric, friendly feel, paired with Source Sans 3 for body copy.
- The palette is near black green for the hero and closing bands, a bright leaf green for pill shaped call buttons, and a darker green for links on white so text clears contrast.
- Services run as full width ruled rows with the name, a one line description and a Learn more link, rather than cards, followed by an unnumbered four step strip with green top rules.
- Photos keep their own aspect ratio with a small caption below instead of being cropped to a fixed height, and on mobile the phone pins to a bottom call bar.
